This Terms of Use ("Agreement") sets forth the general terms and conditions of your use of the staydaddy.com website ("Website" or "Service") and any of its related products and services (collectively, "Services"). com (“we”, “us”, or “our”) to book villas, holiday packages, car rentals, luxury yachts and the other travel services as described in the Service.

Your StaysDaddy statement will include notations reading “staysdaddy and/or seeksdaddy” You acknowledge and agree that all the site content you submit, post, or otherwise make available to the Site is your sole responsibility and the sole responsibility of the person from whom such content originated. com, you accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Booking Policy, and any other services agreement applicable to your booking. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.

Your Responsibility

Use of website By using this website you agree that:

Our Role

StaysDaddy still offers the free online Visa application service when you book. com is not a party of, and does not, in any way, supervise or control transactions between our members and the Merchants or otherwise. We will forward your reservation details to the service provider (villa owner, car rental, boat charter, etc.) and send you a confirmation on their behalf. All bookings are additionally subject to our Holiday Booking Conditions which are available on the website.

Website Use Policy

StaysDaddy. com is for your personal and non-commercial use. You agree not to:

• All content and portion of the website is (c) except when otherwise indicated.
• Commercialize any content or any portion of any content.
• Develop any derivative works, tools or reverse engineer any aspect of the site or its systems.
• All material on this site belongs to StaysDaddy. com and copyrighted by the author.

Legal Compliance

StaysDaddy. com is a Indian registered company, with our service is regulated by Indian law. We do not represent that our site content or services are compliant with laws outside India.

Booking Liability

Bookings that are made through us directly are our responsibility, under the terms and conditions in force at the date of the booking. But we're not liable for:

• Consequential, incidental, or indirect damage.
• The Services of third party providers being or becoming delayed or incorrect.
• Incorrect or obsolete information on the website.

Price Changes and Errors

Prices have been updated since first publication, but may change without notice. We make every effort to provide accurate information including but not limited to price, miles and vehicle options, but please verify with your local enterprise Car Sales location before purchasing. If the correct price is higher than our stated price, we reserve the right to cancel a booking as set out in section 7 above.

We do ask you to clarify all travel information (prices, dates, flight times, availability) by contacting our office for further details before booking.
