By joining or using StaysDaddy. com, you are agreeing to these Terms of Service. If you are a StaysDaddy customer, these Terms form a legally binding contract between you and StaysDaddy (adolanent LTD).

We,” “Us,” “Our,” “StaysDaddy”: Means the business and the website, bailiwicks all holding legal entities.
“User”: Any individual or entity who visits the website and includes, without limitation, customers and property owners.
“Customer”: anyone that uses the system in connection with the booking or enquiry concerning the rental villa.
Owner” / “House Owner”: Any person or company posting their property that is available for rent on the platform.
Services” : All services provided by StaysDaddy, such as listing the villas and allowing bookings.
Third Party”: A person, company, or entity that is not the User or StaysDaddy.
“Agreement”: This document as well as any and all amendments to it.
StaysDaddy. com is an internet platform that puts villa owners in touch with potential guests. Villa reservations are booked through the platform according to availability and at the prices specified by their owners.
Customers choose from one of the villas and travel dates.
Security Deposit: A security deposit could be required and are being held during your stay.
StaysDaddy takes the money, takes a cut, and provides the rest to the homeowner.
StaysDaddy is not a party to this rental agreement. We are merely a platform to book and process the payment.
Access to and use of the Site is limited to people who:
Are of 18 years of age at least, and
Have the capacity to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
If you are under 18, the site may be used only with involvement of a parent or guardian. StaysDaddy shall have the right to discontinue or terminate any User Account if it is found that You are not eligible.
All posted by users (Customers or Owners) have to be correct, reliable and truthful, regardless of the format of the information provided -text, photography, video, etc.
StaysDaddy may also use these materials for the purpose of marketing, advertising and promotions.
Content should not be defamatory, offensive, obscene or in breach of any other rights. We reserve the right to edit, delete, or refuse to post content, at our sole discretion.
Reviews and ratings should be genuine guest experience. Abusing it for personal or competitive gain is strictly prohibited.
You must be a registered user to take advantage of all the features and services of our site. You may sign up as a:
Customer to book villas, or
Owner to list your property
We might ask for more information:
Name, age, gender, contact information
Address of buildings, amenities, photographs (for owners)
We may edit submitted profiles but cannot promise that all claims will be verified. You are responsible for the security of your account details. You agree to not share your password and to be solely responsible for all use of your account.
All realty listings and descriptions are submitted by users and it is up to them to verify the properties. We as a team do a superficial check, we do not take responsibility for any of the information here.
Guests should verify details, amenities, prices, and all other information directly with the owner.
StaysDaddy is an online facilitator only. We:
Under no circumstances shall Rent My Tent be liable for any rental agreement or dispute between the Customer and Owner.
The content, branding, format, and design of this website are owned by StaysDaddy and should not be copied or reused without permission.
User-submitted content belongs to our users, but you give us a license to use it We do not claim ownership of any User submitted content we post on the Service. However, for this content we give you a right to use it.
We may suspend or terminate your account:
For any violation of these terms
If we feel that your behaviour is damaging to other users, or reflect badly on us
If legally required or in response to a government request
StaysDaddy shall have no obligations to:
Cancellations or curtailment of your reservation/date at a listed property, on any account whatsoever Any loss, destruction or injury caused by you to a provided on-site vehicle (including golf carts) or sled during your stay at a listed property
Service disruption, service failure, or unauthorized access
Indirect, Consequential and Incidental Losses.
Our only obligation is in consideration of the fee we’ve earned on the transaction you engaged us in.

The Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any controversy or claim arising out or relating to this Agreement shall be exclusively brought in the courts of Goa, India.
