We want your booking experience to be easy, transparent and stress-free. The above process is elaborated in detail as follows:

How To Book – Step-by-Step Process

Tentative Reservation:

We will place your villa or cottage on hold and secure flights as soon as we receive your confirmation email. There is no prepayment. Deposit payment of at least 1 night stay being pay in full.

Advance Payment:

• A 50% deposit is needed to reserve your booking.
• The remaining 50% should be made at least 30 days prior to your date of travel.
• In peak season full payment should be done during confirmation.

Payment Options:

Online Bank Transfer: You can pay for your purchase via direct online transfer. The details can be given out on request or reservation.

Booking Confirmation:

After your payment:

You will receive an email with payment receipt and your package order confirmation.

Please note your Villa/Cottage Voucher will be available 1 day before travel. Please print and bring with you for check-in.

You can expect to receive driver details 1 day before travel if you have booked the transportation.

Emergency Upgrades:

Should your booked villa become unavailable for any reason, we will offer your stay in the same or similar villa of equivalent stay.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

We know plans can change. Following is our standard cancellation policy:

• 100% Non-Refundable

Peak Season Cancellation Policy 1.No Cancellation for all Peak Season 2.Full payment will be forfeited & Non-refundable for the Cancellation made after reservation is guaranteed.

A slightly stricter cancellation policy will apply if you wish to travel at one of our peak times:
